We deployed Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta make Controller for a process plant project. We can use multiplemicro PLC for protocol conversion and energy data collection across the plant. Installation of a plant-wide fiber optic network with redundant ring for connection of all the sub-systems provides a process a robust connectivity to the control center. The data was collected from sub-control systems, and instrumentation through various buses like Modbus, Ethernet, Profibus and Canbus. In addition, we provides central monitoring and control system.
The client can rely on a single party for all protocol and media conversions. Apart from a process plant control & monitoring, they are able to get accurate data on the consumption of all type of energies in different plant areas. They can now locate errors in the system and promptly take corrective measures or preventive maintenance. The client is also able to work out actual product costing and redefine product pricing and marketing strategies.
